- half and half - 1 pt
- pkg - 2 lb
- butter - 3/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Spread frozen hash browns in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Cut up butter on top of potatoes. Pour half and half on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Add cheese and bake 10 minutes longer until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Oven.
