Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Philadelphia cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- Blue cheese - 3 oz
- slices white bread, remove crusts - 20 item
- can asparagus spears, drained cut asparagus may be used - 1 1/2
- 1/2 or 2 sticks butter or margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make asparagus rolls:
Use a rolling pin to flatten each piece of bread. Combine Blue cheese, cream cheese and egg in bowl and mix well. Spread evenly on bread, covering each slice to the edges.
