Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 2 c
- 10 1/2 cans asparagus
- pecans or almonds to suit taste - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Layer pan with crackers and cheese. Add sliced boiled eggs and asparagus. Pour soup on top. Top with more crackers and cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°. Serves 10.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
