Asparagus casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/4 lb
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 2 item
- can asparagus - 1 oz
- cracker crumbs, crushed - 1 c
- mushroom soup, diluted with 1/4 can asparagus juice - 1/2 c
How to make asparagus casserole:
Mix cheese and cracker crumbs. In a greased baking dish alternate layers of cheese mixture, asparagus, eggs and soup. Repeat and top with cheese-crumb mixture. Pour melted butter over this. Bake 20 minutes at 350° or until brown. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
