Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- peanut oil - 2 3
- white vinegar - 1/2 c
- chicken, cut into serving pieces - 3 3
- cloves garlic yes 8 - 8 item
- to 2 dried hot peppers optional - 1 item
- honey and chopped green onions - 3 Tbsp
How to make asian chicken:
Heat oil in large skillet and brown chicken on all sides, adding garlic and peppers toward the end. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium-high heat until chicken is done and sauce has reduced, about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with rice or Chinese noodles.
