- Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- can artichoke hearts - 1 item
How to make artichoke spread:
Drain artichokes and chop; mix all ingredients. Place in 1/2-quart oven-to-table baking dish. Bake 30 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with crackers. Can be prepared and refrigerated until ready to heat.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Spreads.
