Artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- can artichoke hearts - 1 oz
- finely grated onion - 1 2
How to make artichoke dip:
Drain and mash or cut artichokes. Add mayonnaise, cheese, onion and seasonings. Mix thoroughly. Place in 1 1/2-quart ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven. Serve with toast rounds or crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
