Artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- can artichoke hearts, drained - 1 1/2
- grated Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- mayo - 1 c
- garlic to taste - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese for top - 1/2 c
- jar small chopped pimento - 1/2 item
- hard cheese anything plain: Colby, Cheddar, white mild - 4 oz
- French baguette, sliced - 1 item
How to make artichoke dip:
Place artichoke hearts in chopping bowl. Chop into small pieces. Combine artichokes and all other ingredients in large bowl. Mix together. Reserve 1/2 of chopped pimentos for the top. Transfer to casserole and smooth out top. Refrigerate until 40 minutes prior to serving. (This can be done up to 1 day ahead.)When ready to bake, take remaining chopped pimentos and sprinkle evenly on top. Do the same with the 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until slightly brown. Serve immediately with French bread.
