Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- Swiss cheese - 1/2 lb
- onion - 1/2 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- to 8 strips bacon - 6 item
- pack pie crust - 1 item
How to make miniature quiches:
Form pie crust into balls. Place into greased muffin pan and press into shell shapes. Add grated cheese and onion. Crumble bacon on top.In separate bowl, mix eggs, milk and pepper. Pour egg and milk mixture over cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until firm.
