Ingredients/Components

  • margarine - 1 tsp
  • dash of garlic powder - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • onion - 1/2 c
  • unmarinated artichoke hearts - 1 c
  • shredded Mozzarella ceese - 8 oz

How to make artichoke dip:

Drain hearts and mash. Mix all but last 2 ingredients. Place in quart casserole dish that has been greased. Dot with butter and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
