Ingredients/Components
- light sour cream - 1/2 c
- light cream cheese - 1/2 c
- creamy spread mustard - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- finely chopped red and green bell pepper - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- sliced green onions - 2 Tbsp
How to make artichoke dip:
To Microwave: In 1-quart microwavable bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese and mustard. Stir in artichokes, pepper and chili powder. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on High for 5 minutes or until hot, stirring halfway through. Garnish with green onRecipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
