Ingredients/Components

  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • garlic to taste - 1 item
  • can artichokes, plain not marinated - 1 oz
  • sprinkle or so paprika - 1 item

How to make artichoke dip:

Drain and mash artichokes. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic. Top with paprika. Bake in ovenproof dish for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
