Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- crushed tomatoes - 1 can
- dried rosemary - 1/2 tsp
- frozen peas 10 oz - 1 pkg
- chicken breast halves, skin removed - 4 item
- small red pepper, chopped or chopped roasted red pepper - 1 item
How to make arroz con pollo:
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and paprika. Brown chicken. Put in crock pot. Combine ingredients in small bowl, except peas. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 7-9 hours or cook on high 3-4 hours. Add peas 1 hour before serving.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, North american, Mexican.
