Apricot jello salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- flour - 4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cold water - 2 c
- small marshmallows - 2 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple, drained save juice
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- apricot jello - 2 pkg
- egg, slightly beaten in pot - 1 item
How to make apricot jello salad:
Mix first 5 ingredients in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Chill until set. Mix next 5 ingredients in order. Cook until thick. Remove and add cream cheese. Cool this mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on top of jello.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, Gelatin.
