Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • cold water - 1 c
  • small marshmallows - 1 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • egg, well beaten - 1 item
  • pineapple juice - 1/2 c
  • crushed pineapple save juice - 1 c
  • strawberry Jell-O small size - 2 pkg
  • Add marshmallows; let melt in water

How to make strawberry congealed salad:

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add marshmallows; let melt in water. Add cold water, pineapple and nuts. Must let jell completely.Topping:1 c. sugar1 egg, well beaten1 Tbsp. flour1/2 c. pineapple juice2 Tbsp. butter8 oz. cream cheese8 oz. Cool Whip Combine first five ingredients; cook until thick. Remove from heat. While hot, add cream cheese and Cool Whip. Mix well. Pour over Jell-O mixture.
