Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- flour - 2 3
- butter - 1 tsp
- cold water
- coconut - 1 item
- boiling water - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 (9
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- or 4 bananas - 3 item
- medium can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- small boxes apricot jello - 2 item
How to make apricot salad:
Topping:1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. pineapple juice1 tsp. butter2 to 3 tsp. flour Mix jello with boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add cold water. Drain pineapple and add to jello. Add marshmallows and bananas. Chill. Cook topping until thick. Spread on top of jello. Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip.
