  • apricot Jell-O
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained save juice - 1 item
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz

How to make apricot jello mold:

Mix Jell-O, sugar, boiling water and pineapple. Refrigerate until thickened. Mix cream cheese with reserved pineapple juice and Cool Whip. Mix all together and refrigerate.
