Ingredients/Components
- apricot Jell-O
- sugar - 1/2 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- small can crushed pineapple, drained save juice - 1 item
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
How to make apricot jello mold:
Mix Jell-O, sugar, boiling water and pineapple. Refrigerate until thickened. Mix cream cheese with reserved pineapple juice and Cool Whip. Mix all together and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Pitted fruits.
