Ingredients/Components

- bananas, sliced - 4 item
- can pineapple chunks, drained save juice - 1 oz
- can Mandarin oranges, drained save liquid - 1 oz
- seedless green grapes if large, cut in half - 1 c
- maraschino cherries red and green for Christmas - 1/4 c
- juice use 3 Tbsp
How to make fruit salad:
Dressing:1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)1 1/2 c. juice (use 3 Tbsp. lemon juice, plus pineapple juice and Mandarin juice if needed) Cook pudding as directed on package, using juice instead of milk. Cool. Pour over well drained fruit. Chill.Any fruit may be used, fresh or canned. Be sure the bananas are well coated.
