- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- can apricot pie filling - 1 oz
How to make apricot coffee cake:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside 1/2 cup for top. Add eggs and milk to remaining crumb mixture. Stir. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with pie filling. Top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. AppleRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Breads, Coffee cakes.
