  • chicken breasts - 4 item
  • envelope dry onion soup mix - 1 item
  • bottle Russian dressing - 1 oz
  • jar apricot jam - 1 oz

How to make apricot chicken:

Place chicken in baking dish, skin side up. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350° . Easy and different and tastes sweet and spicy! Serves 4.
