  • sugar - 2 c
  • applesauce - 2 c
  • flour - 4 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • ginger - 2 tsp
  • raisins - 1 c

How to make applesauce cake:

Cream oil and sugar together; add applesauce. Sift and measure flour. Mix flour, soda, salt and spices. Add flour mixture and raisins to creamed mixture. Pour in greased Bundt pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
