- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- plain flour
- raisins - 2 c
- margarine - 1 c
- pecans - 2 c
- ground cloves - 1 tsp
- applesauce - 2 c
How to make applesauce cake:
Cream butter. Add sugar. Add eggs; beat well. Add applesauce alternately with dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Add raisins and nuts; blend well. Bake in well-greased and floured loaf pan for 1 hour at 325°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low cholesterol.
