  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil
  • pecans - 1 c
  • apples, chopped - 3 c

How to make apple pound cake:

Mix oil, eggs and sugar well. Sift flour, salt, cinnamon and soda together. Add vanilla and apples. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
