Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/3 c
- nutmeg - 1 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- apples 2 lb - 6 c
How to make apple crisp ii:
Peel and slice apples. Place in the bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Break egg into flour mixture; mix with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over apples. Melt 1/3 cup butter; cool to warm. Drizzle over apples and topping. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
