Apple cranberry crisp
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- quick cooking oats
- can whole cranberry sauce - 1 oz
- tart apples, peeled and sliced - 5 item
How to make apple cranberry crisp:
Preheat oven to 375°. In medium bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter and water to form a crumbly mixture. In a large saucepan, mix together cranberry sauce and cornstarch. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Stir in apples. Spread into 8 x 8 glass baking dish. Crumble oat mixture over apples.
