Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- diced apples - 4 c
How to make apple crunch:
Filling:1 c. sugar2 Tbsp. cornstarch1 1/2 c. water1 tsp. vanilla Mix flour mixture until crumbly; press half of crumbs into baking pan. Cover with apples. Cook filling until clear and thick. Pour over apples; top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Delicious with ice cream.
