  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • apples, sliced - 4 item
  • orange juice - 1/2 c

How to make apple coffee cake:

Mix the flour, 2 cups of sugar, eggs, orange juice, oil, vanilla and baking powder, one at a time, to make batter. In a separate bowl, mix the apples, 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon. Using a Bundt cake pan, layer batter, then apples and repeat layers until all batter and apple mixture is used. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
