Apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 3 tsp
• apples, sliced - 4 item
• orange juice - 1/4 c

How to make apple cake:

Blend sugar, eggs, baking powder and salt together. Add vanilla. Mix in flour, oil and orange juice. Mix well. Grease and flour tube pan. Layer batter, then apples. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350°. Let cool 1/2 hour before removing from pan.
