Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- chocolate chips - 1/2 c
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- white sugar - 1 c
- raw apples, chopped - 2 c
How to make apple cake:
Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chocolate chips1/2 c. nuts, chopped Bake at 325°. Mix sugars, butter and eggs; beat. Add dry ingredients with milk. Place in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Mix topping; place on cake before baking. Bake for 40 minutes. Very moist.In memory of Hazel VanKirk (Mom).
