• brown sugar - 1 c
• white sugar - 1 c
• shortening - 1/2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• milk - 1 c
• flour
• diced apples - 2 c
• butter, melted - 1/3 c
• coconut - 1 c

How to make apple cake:

Topping:2/3 c. brown sugar1/3 c. butter, melted1 c. coconut Mix together; put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Before baking, add topping. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
