Apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• brown sugar
• butter - 1/2 c
• oil
• soda - 1 tsp
• apples, chopped - 3 c
• pecans and black walnuts, chopped and mixed

How to make apple cake:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. milk1/2 c. butter1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350°. Mix eggs, oil and sugar; blend well. Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture. Add vanilla, apples and nuts; mix well. Pour into greased 8-inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour.

While cake is still hot, pour hot topping over it in pan. Let cool. When completely cool, remove from pan. (Check at 50 minutes with toothpick. If it comes out dry looking, leave out, it will finish baking with its own heat.)
