Apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• eggs, well beaten - 3 item
• Mazola oil - 1 c

How to make apple cake:

Mix all ingredients except apples. Add in apples. Batter will be thick; pour into an 8 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour. If you like nuts, add 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans.
