  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • cooking oil - 1 c
  • walnuts, chopped - 1 c
  • apples, peeled and chopped - 2 c

How to make apple cake:

Beat eggs and sugar well. Add oil and beat until creamy. Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture. Fold in apples and nuts.

Grease and flour tube pan. Spoon batter in carefully. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until it tests done.
