Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- cooking oil - 1 c
- cream cheese, softened
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin bars:
Icing:1 (4 oz.) cream cheese, softened1/2 c. butter, softened1 tsp. vanilla2 c. powdered sugar Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix thoroughly. Spread batter into two 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pans. Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese icing.Icing: Cream together cream cheese and butter. Stir in vanilla. Add powdered sugar, a little at a time, until smooth.
