- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- nuts optional
- thin sliced apples - 4 5
How to make apple cake:
Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool. Frost with a prepared cream cheese icing.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
