Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- instant vanilla pudding mix
- instant chocolate pudding mix
How to make pudding cake:
Bottom Layer: Mix butter, flour and pecans. Spread in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.Second Layer: Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over Bottom Layer.
Third Layer: Mix chocolate pudding according to directions. Spread over Second Layer.
Fourth Layer: Mix vanilla pudding according to directions. Spread over chocolate layer.
Top with Cool Whip and then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
