Apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 3 tsp
• orange juice - 1/2 c
• apples - 6 item

How to make apple cake:

Peel and slice apples in bowl. Stir into the apples the cinnamon and 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar. Set this aside. Grease and flour dome pan. Mix together remaining ingredients (except apples) and put half of batter into dome pan. Sprinkle half of the apple mixture and then add rest of batter. Top with remaining apples and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!
