Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • chopped, unpeeled apples - 3 c

How to make apple cake:

Preheat oven to 325°. Beat oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Beat again. Add flour and soda gradually, and continue beating. Fold in nuts and apples. Bake in 10-inch tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
