  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • instant minced onions - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
  • chopped walnuts or pecans - 1/4 c
  • sour cream small carton - 1/2 c
  • jar dried beef, finely chopped - 1 1/2

How to make appetizer pie:

Blend cream cheese and milk. Stir in beef, onion flakes, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and bell pepper. Mix well. Stir in sour cream. Spoon mixture into an 8-inch pie plate or small shallow baking dish. Sprinkle nuts over top. Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot with assorted crackers.

Good also cold, but flavor is better if heated first.
