Artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- cans artichoke hearts packed in water - 2 oz
- Melba rounds or other crackers - 1 item
How to make artichoke dip:
Preheat oven to 350°. Drain artichoke hearts. Combine all ingredients except crackers in food processor. Bake in a small casserole for 20 minutes. Serve with Melba rounds or crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
