  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • cans artichoke hearts packed in water - 2 oz
  • Melba rounds or other crackers - 1 item

How to make artichoke dip:

Preheat oven to 350°. Drain artichoke hearts. Combine all ingredients except crackers in food processor. Bake in a small casserole for 20 minutes. Serve with Melba rounds or crackers.
