- Salt
- Flour
- Milk
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Water
- Eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Baking Powder - 1 tbsp
- Anise Oil
- Make a well in center and add remaining ingredients
How to make anisette cookies:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in center and add remaining ingredients. Blend well, for a medium firm dough. (if too sticky, add more flour). Form into 1-inch balls. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 10-12 min.FROSTING:1 lb. Powdered Sugar1 tsp. Anise Oil tbsp. Water Combine sugar and anise.
