sugar - 1 c
flour
baking soda - 1 tsp
egg - 1 item
margarine - 1/2 c
cream of tartar - 1 tsp
Anisette liquor - 1/4 c

How to make anisette cookies:

Preheat oven to 350°. Blend first 4 ingredients. Mix next 3 dry ingredients together. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Sprinkle with colored sugar while still hot.
