Ingredients/Components
- Sugar - 1 C
- Mayo
- Flour
- Cocoa
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Baking Soda
- Warm Water - 1 C
- Salt optional
How to make mayonnaise cake:
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and sugar. Add mayo, water, vanilla and cocoa. Mix on high with electric mixer. No more than 2 min. Pour into greased and floured 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 min.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
