  • eggs - 3 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • water - 1 item
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • baking powder - 4 tsp
  • anise extract - 1 item
  • jimmies - 1 item

How to make anisette cookies:

Beat together sugar, eggs, oil, flour, baking powder, salt and anise extract. Roll into small balls. Bake at 350° until done. Mix water and confectioners sugar together to make a light paste. Dip cookies in paste and then in jimmies.
