Hummingbird cake
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar
- cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour
- oil - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 16 oz
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 8 oz
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- walnuts
- chopped bananas - 1 c
How to make hummingbird cake:
Add flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix well. Add eggs and oil. Stir until moist. Add vanilla, bananas, walnuts and pineapple.Pour into two greased and floured pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes. Cool. Combine remaining ingredients together for the frosting.
