Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- white corn syrup - 2 c
- scant pecans, chopped slightly - 2 c
How to make pecan pie:
Mix eggs, sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanilla. Add butter and pecans. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
