Almond roca
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 lb
- butter - 1 lb
- chopped almonds - 1 item
- to 7 Hershey bars - 6 item
How to make almond roca:
Mix butter and brown sugar. Stir in skillet until crack stage (270° or 290°). Put chopped almonds on bottom of sided cookie pan. Pour the cooked concoction on top of almonds. Top with melted Hershey candy bars. Sprinkle with more nuts. Let cool. Break apart.Note: When concoction is done, it will smell burnt but it is not.
