Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- bag chocolate chips - 1/2 item
- ground almonds - 3/4 c
- almonds, chopped or sliced - 1 c
How to make almond roca:
Put first 5 ingredients in heavy pan and keep on low heat. Cook until temperature reaches 300°. Pour into large buttered pan. Let set 10 minutes. Add 1/2 bag of milk chocolate chips on top. When melted, spread evenly. Spread ground almonds all ovRecipe categories: Desserts, Holiday, Candy.
