4 layer dessert
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- plain flour
- softened cream cheese - 8 oz
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- large box chocolate instant pudding - 1 item
How to make 4 layer dessert:
Bottom layer: Soften margarine by placing in dish and melting in microwave. Mix flour and pecans with margarine and press into bottom of pan (not sides). Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside and allow to cool.Second layer: Mix softened cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
Third layer: Mix pudding according to directions. Pour over second layer.
Fourth layer: Top with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with nuts or chocolate shavings.
