Ingredients/Components
- egg yolks - 4 item
- cream - 1/4 c
- miniature marshmallows - 3 c
- juice of 1 lemon
- pineapple chunks - 2 c
- seedless green grapes - 1 lb
- cream, whipped - 1/2 pt
- shredded almonds - 1 c
How to make 24 hour salad:
Cook the egg yolks, lemon juice and 1/4 cup of cream in a double broiler, stirring constantly, until thickened. Let the mixture set until it is cold. Add all remaining ingredients. Let stand for 24 hours after mixing.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
